Gregory Adams Smith, 66, of Leasburg, died Thursday, November 3, 2022. Born in Durham County, he was the son of the late Rebecca Anne Cash Balltzglier. Mr. Smith worked for Siemens for over 30 years. He took pride in his family and the life he built for them. He died surrounded by those he valued the most.

Surviving are his wife, Pat Smith and Nikki (Chase), Nicholas and Skylar.
Honoring Mr. Smith's wishes, no services will be held.
